Bombay High Court on Thursday suppressed the FIR and chargesheet which was enlisted in 2006 against artist Mika Singh for supposedly kissing entertainer Rakhi Sawant effectively.
The FIR and chargesheet have been suppressed with Rakhi Sawant's assent. High Court requested suppress the FIR after Rakhi's legal counselor didn't go against the supplication.
The FIR was enlisted after Mikawas blamed for supposedly snatching and effectively kissing Rakhi at a party at a café in Mumbai rural areas.
